I am looking for a nascar type air cleaner that will suck air strictly from the back of
my harwood 3" cowl hood. Even a used nascar one would work great, if anyone out
there has one, or if you know where to get one can you email me at

hey btw....are u thinking of one where it connects to ur TB then hooks to the back to an air cleaner near the windshield (cowl area?)

Those NASCAR style AC unit WORK BEST with carbs. And you can make them, all day. It's easy. Open air cleaner, base plate, foam seal.

If ya wanna cheat, make the hose connect to the area where the windshild wiper motor is, too.
For a MPFI type unit, you'll end up getting it more effectively from the front of the car, somewhere.
