Kinda discovered this for my headds on my other cars.
IN MY INSTANCE, the parts are all there.
I am using Comp Cam Roller TIP rockers on small block chevy.
I put studs into the head, placed the rockeron , used supplied nut & rocker ball/.
For you, you must make sure it is the correct size for the shaft.
Small block chevy is a 3/8" shaft. Or 7/16".
What it is for these heads, not sure, my pair are at the machinist, so I cannot measure the rocker stud shaft for you. I see, it looks close in size, but, it's different.
You will need to remove intake set up (not the base) to remove the valve covers. Promise.
