Where can I get voltage info on wires going into computer?

Where can I get voltage info on wires going into computer?
Hey guy's I am trying to sort out some electrical issues with my car and I need a diagram with how much voltage is supposed to be running into the computer through each wire, or if it is a ground, etc.
