The instructions are included right in the box. Make sure you use the plug style connectors they include to make it alot easier. Dont use the wiring harness if it comes with it. Good place to mount the thing is in the passenger corner of the engine bay. Final note, follow the wiring diagram for "GM DUAL CONNECTOR COIL". Good luck! payce.

Yes. It has a dual connecter cable that goes to factory harness then to + & - terminals on the coil

6a and 6al are totally the same except for the rev limiter..both have the same power output etc. ive looked at some other competitors, and crane has a digital one that puts out nearly double the msd and draws the same..

The gas milage got boosted alot, maybe 3-4 mpg. But then that was offset when I installed my chip, hehe.

It's easy to hook up, but hard to find a spot for. I mounted my 6AL where my coolant overflow bottle was. It's mounted so you read the label from the driver's side fender. I made a bracket to go between the lower part of the box to the strut tower, and the upper part of the 6AL just bolts to the strut tower.

I then put a tiny aftermarket coolant overflow bottle where my stock air filter used to be.
