91 camaro 3.1L Running really really rich

91 camaro 3.1L Running really really rich
My 91 camaro rs 3.1L with a 5 speed
been running rich for a yea like it use to give me 320miles per tank of gas. now its giving me 160 or sometimes 230 miles to the tank. last yea i had a problem with the fuel pressure reg that would keep going out and it was hard to start. after replacing and replacing it i finally have one that work and i also installed a new o2 ac delco senser. and my car ran fin for like 1/2 a year and now its doing it once more. i thought it was the fuel pressure reg. but its ok and working fine.
here are some things i have changed in the past 6 months
ecu
coolant temp senser
t stat
map sensor
spark plugs
cap
rotor
wires
tps cuz my idle was ****ed up that fixed the idle
air charge temp sensor
i also blocked the passage way from the egr to the intake cuz someone told me that could be it and i did and it worked for a week and disconnected the egr. and i dont want to replace the egr cuz that like 300 bucks unless it is it
everything i have done seems to work well for a few days then it takes a ****.
you can tell when it does take a **** cuz il be at idle at a light then i can start to smell rotten eggs coming from the exhaust.
im thinking it might be the chip in the ecu that could be it
fuel pressure is ok at like 42 -45 psi
i dont think its my fuel injectors cuz there is no black smoke cumming out of my tail pipe and it starts fine. it seems to run rich after my car has gotten to running temp. so maybe the coolant temp took a ****? cuz if that is sending a signal to the ecu and telling its cold its going to keep dumping more fuel. but if the ecu is new maybe the chip is bad but i cant find those anywhere.
i dont know what i need to fix or what should i look for?

If you smell rotting eggs it's likely the cat. As for running rich it definitely could be the injectors. Get to them and at least check the resistance.

so if i check for resistance where should it be at?
i know fuel injectors taking a **** on these cars are common but i didnt want to check them out so. i guess il check them out
