Can somebody with a base model firebird take a picture for me

I need a picture of under the front bumper......basically the air dam setup. My car never had one and I dont know what I need or what it is supposed to look like.

Thanks!

Only the camaros had the cold air intake set up. I don't believe the birds can use that set up but I may be wrong.

Maybe I need to rephrase that. There is a front spoiler thing that pushes air up to the radiator. Mine never had anything there so I don't even know what to call it.

I've wondered this also. I know there's this thing:

But it seems like there's more to the black plastic "skirt" that I see under most firebird noses...

Only on some cars... You can use that one, but if you're going pure, read on.

For the most part, the Birds have a 4-piece air dam, a filler between the sides of the front cover and the fenders, a piece under the radiator support, and a piece connecting them all at the bottom. The style changed with the front bumper change in 1991, making the side fillers shorter front to rear and the lower piece into 3 pieces instead of one big one. You can't find these from GM anymore (I got lucky there!), and there are very few still out there from various places, and you definitely won't find all 4-6 pieces together unless someone is parting out. I have mine off of my Bird currently, I'll drag it out of the top of the garage and get a pic.

:edit: Might have the info for the 91-92's wrong, looks like they're still 4 pieces but the center piece was changed. P/N's for pre-91 should be 10118485 lower, 10118487 and 10118488 for the sides (or 88-89, can't remember and have to look), and the part that bolts directly to the radiator support has a P/N starting with 102 (new number, can't remember this one and the label's been gone forever).

Haha, no problemo. You caught me as I was walking home from the neighbors and just took a couple of quick pictures before I head to bed.
