Hey bro, i ran your combo (or what i know you run and got a best of 16.19. It also makes suggestions to run the 15.7 you can run on what you have and here it is in the order it listed.

1: Cam profile to small - i ran you with a 2030

2: lobe sep to small - again a 109 on the 2030.

3: rear end gear, i ran you with 3.73:1 it said either to move from a 27 inch tire OR move to 4.11:1

4: 19.4lbs injectors are what ya need to use with a total CFM rating on the TB in the 325 to 450cfm area.

Totall lose in time was .20 in gear and .29 in cam. It loved the headers BUT they were only worth .21 when i ran the same without them. Still tho thats alot.

It also points to the heads, GET EM DONE, i ran well ported heads on your combo and was running 15.3 with the 2030 cam, altho it ran a 15 even with a higher cam. Anyways, there your info to get into the 15's

Welll.... yes and no.... the sign is still on it asking 2700.00 and i have a guy that seems to want to trade for an older mucsle car but dunno what he is doing. Its actually in the shop as we speak. Getting a new O ring put on the distributor - i hate pulling those suckers... Gonna put a fresh tuneup on it and put the jet chip back in it today along with synthetic oil. Would i sell it? yeah prolly, but its one of those on again, off again things.

hey thanks! My best time was a 16.09, I;m thinking slicks will put me in the 15's. I;m not sure what I;m going to do with the car because I keep on drooling over 93-97 Lt1 camaros with ground effects. But I do agree about the headers not doing much, they only seemed worth .15 or so at the track.

see the wierd thing is I dont think the LT1 camaros look that great stock, but when you add ground effects they look awesome. Check out a Camaro RS a 96 ,or 97, they are beautiful looking cars. On the other hand the Z;s look kind of plain. The Ground fx just really make these cars look good.

I still want to make my 6 fast though. 4.10's and a stall converter would be next on my list. BTW do you think the stock injectors will be ok if I went ahead and polished the heads?
