worst day of my life. ked85 and all of those that have doen a 3.4 swap please read...
k threw a rod. need engine bad. cheap too. dont care about miles or anything, just need a 3.4. worst day of my life....

This is an inconvience and now a lesson to be learned about doing an engine swap.
It'll cost ya and etc, but, BFD.
COME ON!
WE ALL KNOW HOW MUCH WORST LIFE CAN BE.
HELL, I'VE SEEN RUSSIANS CRYING OVER THE DESTRUCTION BROUGHT UPON THIS NATION BECAUSE OF A FEW SICK MINDS.

Ask for MARTY, tell him Karl with a Firebird sent ya.
He can obtain the 3.4 many times over.
ALl you need tell him is the price you can afford.
BUT, the more you spend on the wrecking yard engine is all in your favor. You get a younger engine that needs no work in the near future.
ONLY concern yourself with what you need swap, the power comes with the throughness of the finished project.
I have never asked Marty about shipping an engine. So, inform him where you are. He can assist, I am most sure.
Plan the project and do it well. You will enjoy the results.

As an FYI, you can buy a complete running engine from Marty for $400, with a 30 day warranty.
It will have more miles than mine (I got one with only 40K miles on it), but, I paid ($800) for what I got.
And no complaints, which is why I recommend his business to you.
