I normaly run 89.I have since I bought the RS.I buddy of mine ran a rich station for several years so I would fill up on 91 for the price of 87.I do notice more milage with the higher octang.Better, faster starting also.Any one of the 3 will work fine.

I started to run 93 octane when I put my ADS Superchip in. It said on the box that due to the advanced timing curve, 93 octane should use, otherwise detonation would occur.

Now that I've pulled the ADS chip, I still run 93 octane... don't know why, but I do.

On a side note; my car used to run like Garbage on Sunoco gas. It would have no power, ping like crazy, and get horrible gas mileage. After cleaning the injectors, the car runs great on Sunoco... and it seem to run stronger on Sunoco than any other gas- go figure!
