Valves Help!

Ok who knows the proper way to set the valves on a 2.8L V6

Get the cylinder youre going to adjust on TDC. Tighten the rocker until you have 0 movement up/down and feel slight resistance when turning the pushrod. Then turn an additional 3/4 turn.
