cold blooded she devil?

hey guys. another question. when i start my car first thing in the morning i have to hold the rpms around 850 to 900 for about 30 seconds for it to catch. it also does this if it sets for 6 hours or more. what could possibly be the cause? i have done all the tune-ups minus changing the fuel filter. all help is greatly appreciated.

Double check your work. make sure the spark plugs are tight. I had this happen to me and it was caused by a lose spark plug ratling around.
