Fresh out of the shop and now dead at work.

I just picked up my 1991 RS from the shop last night. They replaced the PCM, the Temp sensor, and some faulty injectors because the thing wouldnt start. It drove home just fine, and drove to work this morning. But i just tried to start it to get some lunch and it wont start. The SES light is now on(which it wasnt this morning) and i got error codes 42 and 35. I work 40 miles from home and dont want to walk! What should i check to get this think running quickly?

Code 35 is for the IAC. Basically the ECM is losing control of the idle speed. If it is that try holding the throttle open a little while cranking.

Code 42 is the EST, this can be an old code if the timing was checked/set. As it will be set with a running engine and the EST/BYPASS is open.

If the ICM died and the engine won't start, I don't believe that can set code 42. As most (all?) codes can only be set when the engine is running.

If only a few injectors where replaced, not all, it can still be a bad injector. The coils short out and when severe enough the ECM can't fire any of the injectors.

Otherwise check for spark and check for fuel.

Unfortunately i have no tools with me, so i cant pull the plugs. I poked the schrader valve at the plenum to check for pressure, and it seemed to not have very much pressure, even though the fuel pump was kicking on when i turned the key. I know when i checked it before gas would shoot sky high, but this time it only spurted up a few inches.
