I have my V6 1991 FB 3.1 engine and tonight my car stalled out and won't turn over and about 2 weeks ago I was warming up and had the hood popped open and noticed the EGR valve control surged and it popped a couple of sparks and I don't have any money right now and I was wondering if the EGR control can be reconditioned or does it have to be replaced???
