which rear main seal?
I'm going to pull my transmission to replace the clutch and throw out bearing. While I'm in there I'm going to look at the rear main seal, which from what I understand is really bad about leaking on these cars.
I went to both o'reilly and napa's website, and there seems to be 2 different seals
Which one do I want? I'd like to get it ahead of time, so there's no delay while the car is apart
here's some links

Re: which rear main seal?
ok, i found the answer to part of the question... one is a PTFE rubber and the other is not.
any reason I should go with one or the other? PTFE seems to be the right call, but is there a reason not to use it?
