91 firebird 3.1 v6 code 33, 34, and 35
Ok so I left my house the other day and my car bogged down and stalled. I pushed it home and got it running by letting it sit, it runs horrible and doesn't rev up just back fires a whole lot I have a video of it running that I will attach in a few minutes, it just shows the tach but I hope it helps. I have no idea what is wrong with it so any help would be great!

Those codes indicate an issue with the map sensor and/or IAC. Check for vacuum leaks that could affect the map readings. You could also check the iac and passages in the throttle body are all clean and clear. Also possible the map sensor or iac need replacing. If those all check out ok then it would be on to other stuff. Bench testing the map sensor is possible.

I have already checked for vaccum leaks but I'm not finding any I tried spraying starting fluid around the engine and didnt hear the idle change at all. I will check the iac port and if it is clear what would be next?

I barely have any fuel pressure so I assume that's the problem so I'm gonna try a relay then if that doesn't work I'm gonna try a pump

If you've got low fuel pressure it's an issue with the pump, filter, regulator or a restriction in a line somewhere. If the filter is good you'll need to check the rest. Disconnect the fuel line at various places and check the flow. Be careful. What is your fuel pressure?

I couldn't get my hands on a pressure tester but it barely came out when I pressed the shrader valve

Best to get a tester hooked up to be sure. Was that with the system pressurized fully for sure? Valve opened all the way? If the pump is off not much will come out just to de-pressurize the system.

But did you leave the key on? When you turn it on (not start) the pump will pressurize the system then stop. When you open the schrader valve you want the pump to start again to try to keep the pressure up so the key has to be on.

The fuel pressure shouldn't jump around like that. With key on mine is at 42 and when running climbs some as the gas pedal is pressed. Down in the 30's is too low. But why? Hopefully not the pump so start with the other stuff. You could start with the fuel pressure regulator. Check the vac line to it is good. Also, pull it off and check for any gas smell in the vac line. If there is then you definitely need to replace the diaphragm in the fpr. Even if you don't it may be worth doing anyway as, given the age of the car, it's a good idea to replace it. Also, as you'll have the upper plenum off, check the injectors too. Are they original or replacements?

Ok I did the regulator and sit idles better but the second I touch the gas it dies now, I read a coolant temp sensor could be bad, is that a good thing to try?

What did you do to the regulator? Does the fuel pressure stay steady around 42 psi? What does the pressure do when you start pressing the gas pedal? The coolant temp is part of the engine control but it wouldn't affect fuel pressure or cause the car to die like you describe. Did you check the injectors? Also, try disconnecting the battery to clear any codes. Then reconnect and restart the car, let it idle and look for any codes. Still sounds like fuel starvation either because the pressure drops or the injectors are bad. Or the map sensor is bad. It can be bench tested.
