changed water pump and now wont start

Ok i changed my water pump today, right after i was finished tried to start the car and nothing..i have spark and fuel...so much that it drips down the headers..so pressure is good...what could be the issue...the belt fell off earlier before i changed the pump but it still started with and without the belt before i changed the pump...need help gotta get it up and running asap! Thanks in advance...and the car is an 89 2.8 auto

Stop trying to start it until you figure out why there is fuel dripping on to the headers. If it does start it could set itself on fire. Sounds like you haven't put something back together properly.
