Help with Tv Cable Adjustment on 3.1 v6 camaro?
I tried the reset by pushing the slider back and then going WOT but its still shifting like crap. What is the correct way of adjusting ?

If you used the go-pedal to set the TV cable, that is the wrong way.
Need to open the throttle by hand at the throttle body. This prevents stuff from bending and flexing which causes issues.
I do it a little differently, but have good results. I use a large screwdriver in the TB linkage to pull and hold open the throttle. IIRC, I put the handle under the radiator hose to hold it at WOT?
Anyway, once at WOT press the D-tab and pull the TV cable housing back towards the firewall until the cable itself is tight. Then release the D-tab, wiggle cable to make sure that it is locked in place.
Don't forget to remove the screwdriver before starting the engine, otherwise it gets exciting.
