So I've recently purchased my dream car😍 A 1992 RS Camaro with the 3.1L V6 and 5 speed transmission. After owning it for about a week lets just say this thing has seen better days. The engine leaks everywhere. Previous owners poured straight water into the radiatior instead of changing or fixing the problem which I believe to be cracked head gaskets. I pour some seafoam into the vacuum line to clean out the injectors. And while I poured it in Smoke was coming from the backside of the engine. So with that and the car over heating while operating and sitting at redlights I bought the Entire gasket kit from Autozone. I'm not a certified mechanic by any means but believe I have the tools and resources to do this myself. I currently have the alternator, A/C compressor, intake manifold. Distributor cap and spark plugs removed and all he bolts that I can see near the push rods and valve springs. What do I need to do from here to crack this thing open???

Honestly, just buy a Haynes or Chiltons manual. You will need it for all the torque specs anyway, this will help you through the process of tear down and reassembly.
Basically though, pull the rocker arm nuts loose until you can get the push rods out. You either have to unbolt the exhaust pipe from the manifold or pull the manifolds off(probably not a good idea since you'll likely end up w/ a broken bolt). There is a ground strap on the back of the pass side head.
You said the dist cap, did you pull the whole distributor out? If not then you haven't taken the whole intake manifold off yet. Dizzy comes out, manifold base comes off. Then pull the heads off, that's the quick version.
