Vacuum Ports
Hey Ive got a TR7 with a 2.8 V6 MPFI from an 88 ish Firebird.
The engine I that I bought was in a bad way with bits missing. Its in the car and running, but a bit rough so Im troubleshooting. One aspect of this is vacuum hoses. I cant seem to find definitive answers and I hope you guys can help. Here goes.
1. MAP sensor next to coil has a vacuum port. Any ideas where the other end of the hose should go?
2. 2 outlets from the back of the throttle body. I know one goes to the fuel regulator. Where does the other one go? And which one is correct for the regulator? The one in the middle of the rubber plug or the one towards the edge?
3. Half-inch diameter port at IAC. Does that go to air or to PCV?
Thanks guys. My apologies in advance if this info is already out there, but Ive been fairly diligent and can;t find a definitive answer.
