Engine pinging knocking

Can someone explain to me why my engine pings, knocks while accelerating in drive and not while in neutral revving. I have a bit of an exhaust leak but I don't remember it being so pronounced. Recently changed out my injectors back to stock from the ford f1ze from a mustang 3.8. Maybe that has something to do with it. I need a new engine.

Turned out to be the no 1 cylinder spark plug was loose as a goose. Snug it down and all is back to normal.
