Fuel Pump Question

So I just picked up a 92 Camaro V6 for dirt cheap. PO says that it needs a fuel pump, and showed me it running by dumping gas into the throttle body. I have a fuel pump for a TPI car sitting in my office (bought it new to put into my 85 Trans Am, just haven't made it that far), and I'm hoping that it'll work for the MPFI setup, but I'm wanting to confirm it first. I need to make this one a runner sooner rather than later.

Re: Fuel Pump Question

Should be fine, they operate at the same/similar pressures

Re: Fuel Pump Question

I figured. Knew a carb or TBI style pump wouldn't work, but thought the TPI one should be okay. Thanks.
