3.4 swap questions
So getting ready for the 3.4 swap. Wondering if I can use the stock 3.4 y pipe without any clearance issues? Also can I use the 3.4 oil pan ?

I used the 3.4 oil pan when I did my swap. I'm almost positive you can't use the y-pipe.

Re: 3.4 swap questions
Ok gotcha. So maybe on the y pipe.? Can anybody chime in? Gonna have to save up for the headers then my y pipe is trash. Yo dave what mods did you do to your 3.4 before the swap just curious.

https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/v6/1...2-8-3-a-3.html Post #115, KED85 comments how the 3.4 y-pipe needs to be modified to work, so no bueno.
When I did my swap, I tore it down to a long block, replaced all the gaskets (only had 53k when I got it), new oil pump, 1.52 roller rockers, and 180 t-stat. Most of the upgrades I did came later; cam, headers, ported heads, ported intake manifold/TB, etc.
