2.8 Changing passenger side freeze plug

Has anyone ever had to change the passenger side freeze plug with engine in the car. Is it doable? Mine is rusted out and dripping. Surprisingly the driver side is good. I saw it the other day while changing out the starter. With the starter out there appears to be enough space but not sure. I don't wanna pull the engine for just that. Let me know if you had done this and what did you use.

Didn't need to pull engine.
