It looks like the origonal parts sticker. Like on my 95 blazer, it has a little sticker with a p/n & a upc on the air cleaner box, a/c compressor, etc, etc.

I found something very similar to that , inside my dash , when I took off my dash pad a few weeks ago .....I also noticed today when I dropped my plugwire separator under my car , one of my rear springs still has a tag around it lol ... I first found my window sticker in the car , then my buildsheet , then that little thing in the dash , wonder what kinda surprise I will find next ? LoL

Im thinking the same as Tom and CHD, That resembles an ecm sticker. Pull your ecm and see if its the same. I wonder why its stucker on paper though. Another possibility is its the part NO. for the dashpad and could have fallen off.

Sounds like the build sheet, FastRS.. was it 8.5x11 paper size?

My ECM has (er, had) a two part sticker on it. Half was a real sticker, which was connected to another half, which was on paper. I assume the second "on paper" sticker was meant to go on a replacement ECM. The sticker ripped, and left me with the "real" sticker on the ECM, and the "on paper" sticker in my hand.
