3.1 v6 idling issue 500 to 1500 rpm

Engine: 3.1
Transmission: 700r4 /borg warner t5
3.1 v6 idling issue 500 to 1500 rpm
i got some strange idling issues on my 1990 3.1 v6 the car got 124k miles on it and runs smooth .
when i push the clutch and the car is rolling the idle changes from 500 to 1500 rpm bounces up and down same when i roll to a traffic light , however after a few seconds its at its normal idle
it is so annoying
when i start the car when the engine is cold or hot it idles fine
the parts i changed the fuel injectors , fuel filter all new sensors full tune up ... but it stays the same
i read many threads on this forum but cant find an answer to this problem
would be great if anyone can help me
