cost per horse

cost per horse

it seems like it cost around $10 per horse for anymods that aren't nos. what u guys think

I think it varys . I really don't think there is a way to put a price on horse .Unless you take each individual mod and calculate it .But , I don't think you can say $10.00 per horse for all or most mods ....Just my 2 cents though .

On some things yeah thats a good fig, but mods vary so widely that it changes. 160 for a cam. You'll get everybit of 15-20 Hp. Good. Now add 229 rocker arms, the arms themselves may yeild 3-5Hp on a STOCK engine, but you have a cam. So now it's 5-9 Hp. And so forth.
Best thing is get all the mods. HP you gained, then the price. Thats the only real way to get that #
