Clutch for the 2.8
Clutch for the 2.8
Well u can see what car I have below but man since I got the new engine I'm needing new tires and I think I'm roastin and toastin this sad little clutch. I know I'm putting 235/60's in the back over ther stock 215/65s they'll be a little taller giving it a better stance and look. But what would be a good strong clutch for this engine since I have the 3.4 in it. I want something good and heavy cuz I'm a pretty rough driver I like to drop it alot. and pull out those 2nd gear scratches.
Josh,
The factory set up operating correctly should do ya fine. Didn't ya resurface the flywheel and check out the clutch set up?
Well, now I know what happens to a stick shift car.
The clutch gets worn out quicker!
You're keeping in line with the tranny problems after a 3.4 swap.
I have 245/60/15 in back (THANKS GRAEME!!) & 215/65/15 in back. Looks pleasant not noticible visible different ride heights.
