Re: No spark
Check continuity in the coil to distributor wire. I had a bad one once and spent days trying to figure out why my car wouldn't start.
Re: No spark
If your injectors ARE truly being pulsed while your cranking the engine, then your pickup coil should be OK, your ECM will not pulse the injectors unless it gets a signal from the pickup coil (through the ICM) indicating the engine is turning. If your really curious, unplug the coil from the ICM and put an ohm meter across the two terminals. It should read some number of ohms that you can find by doing a search, it should not read "open" (Infinity) nor "shorted" (0 ohms) . Next measure from each terminal to ground, this should be infinite ohms (open circuit, no connection).
Have you verified that you do in fact have +12V on the fat pink wire on the coil while the engine is cranking?
I have seen an ICM fail in such a way that although it will supply the ECM with the cranking signal, it will not fire the ignition coil.
I have seen plenty of ignition coils that will pass an ohmmeter test, that flat out won't make spark in the car (The usual failure being internal arcing that only happens at the high voltage the coil operates at, and is not detectable at the very low voltage an ohmmeter uses to take it's readings).
Hopefully that'll give ya some direction toward troubleshooting it.........

if you need a distributor I have stock and a few aftermarket. I think this is what you need might double check application.

Re: No spark
The AC Delco rebuilt distributor from RockAuto is listed for $120. I don't know the quality of these distributors, but it might be worth buying, even if it's just used for parts.
