Hi fellas,
Actually i'm not working on a F-body, but on a 1987 Fiero, that from the engine and electrical point is pretty the same as the F-bodies.
I had the heads removed due to a broken spark plug on the left (front) bank, new gaskets, sensors distributor etc. etc.
Engine is back together, started and runs just from the first try.
only issue so far was a code 22, after seting the tps to 0.54V at closed this is fine too.
My problem when trying to set ignition, as soon as i disconect the esc wire, the engine dies.
no spark, no injectorpulse, no fuelpump........
as soon as the esc wire is back on everything operates like it should. i just can't set the ignition timing that way.......
any ideas, suggestions????
