My thermostat gauge needle has been acting erratically — sometimes it’s normal and dead-on and sometimes it bounces and twitches everywhere, see the video for an example.

This is reading the temp from the thermostat sensor that’s near the front of the 3.1 block, drivers side, right? Single 90 degree wire coming off it? Any suggestions on how to check the wire versus if my sensor is bad?
