I have a 1991 RS 3.1 car,

I have a new coil, new dizzy.
I have 12 volts to the coil from the key, 12 volts from the coil on both wires going to the ICM which I've read is incorrect and should only be one but I have power from the coil itself to from both terminals. I've tested the coils resistance and the pickup coil resistance and they're both good. The ground wire (G) from the ICM to the ECM is good. but I have no spark! I'm baffled!
