Hello from Spain.
I want to change the injectors. Does anyone know where is a tutorial or video? What do I need to buy? In addition to the gasket, rings....maybe the pressure membrane? Any tubes that tend to break?
Do you recommend any reconstruction kit? I have seen one at Rockauto that includes the intake body gaskets, but I already changed them last year.
Thank you

What model and year is your car? If it’s an 86-90 Firebird you can download the 1988 GM service manual here which will include the procedure for injector replacement along with a lot of other useful things.
I am not sure if the 3.1 uses the same setup up as the 2.8, but I would assume so. Here are some screenshots from the shop manual about replacing injectors. If you have any further questions, I would recommend downloading the shop manual with the link I provided in post #2.

Hello. What injectors do you recommend? I saw an old post that talks about the 15 lb F1ZE with original O-rings
This business, "Southbay Fuel Injectors" is a sponsor of this website, is highly trusted here, and in fact sold me the injectors that are in my car right now. He gives a discount to members of TGO so call him to order and mention ThirdGen.Org.

The standard disclaimer applies, I am not in any way affiliated with Southbay other than being a satisfied customer.
I haven’t needed new injectors yet, but I will be ordering from Southbay when I do. $166 for a set (even if they’re refurbished) when it’s $73 for a single new GM genuine one off on rock auto seems like a good deal.
