basically i just need a yes or a no on wether these will fit on a stock 84 third gen, may be getting a moser bolt in 9" but that shouldnt change anything, right

Width-wise yes, backspacing-wise yes.
But the overall diameter wouldn't fit under my stock height GTA, at 27" (those show 28" tall).

looks good to me, back spacing is good, bolt pattern is good. May need a quick hammering on the front of the rear wheel well, maybe not. I've never used a 28" tire
