Can one of you fine fellows tell me what spacers, and wheel/tire sizes you have. Also, Im sure you are all lowered, so what springs, or are you guys using spindles, both?

Ive researched, but there are literally hundreds of combos. Between you three guys, the combination is perfect. Im sure you are all close in setup.
Thanks. It's finally painted and back on the road with the LSx. Mine are the factory 18x8.5 front and 19x10 rear. I run a 2" spacer in the front along with a 275/35-18 BFG KDW2 tire. For the rear I've got a 4thgen LT1 rear axle so it's wider. I'm also using a 1" adapter along with rolled fenderlips. If you're running a stock thirdgen rear I'd try a 2.5" adapter in the rear and a 2" in the front and be willing to pick up another pair of adapters if that doesn sit how you like it. Oh yeah, rear tire size. I've got a 295/35-19 which is a little (I think an extra inch?) taller than factory heigh tires. I'm using sportline springs in front with a half coil cut and stock WS6 springs in the rear with 3/4 coil cut.

At least 2" in front and with stock 3rd gen rear.

No spacer for 4th gen rear.

Re: Got Vette Wheels??...Post pics here...!

shouldnt need a spacer with the 4th gen rear regardless of what brakes you use. Only wheels i see that need a spacer with 4th gen rear are the 19x10 wheels like the Z06 wheels or big C6 wheels

I'm thinking about changing my standard vette wheels for some '09 zo6 spyders. Is anyone rolling around on these? Preferably not chrome, maybe in gunmetal/black?

I have to say the 4th gen ZR1 wheels are the best looking wheel for the 3rd gen. Flows the best in my opinion

I'll have to agree with you on that one, something about em I just really dont like. But I did find an amazing set of Chrome ones 19s back 18s front. The guy only wants 400 with tires. Its a great deal but I really just dont like em, its to bad cause they are in great shape

Grr, I have them sitting in boxes in my basement... Havn't had the time to do the 4th gen rear swap yet... Hopefully by the end of the month, and yes, they're going to look bad ***... haha

Its still a work in progress, I think it needs lowered.
Looking good for the most part. All it needs is the black strips removed from the door edges, a power bulge hood and lowering. I'm not sold on those wheels, but then again with the car lower it may look good.

HAHA!!!! Tax time is the exact reason why they're not on the car now!! Still need to pick up tires for the rear (tire-rack has emm on back order) and i'm still trying to figure exactly what spacer combo I should go with... I figure with the fourth gen rear, due to the high offset, i'm going to have to run a one inch spacer... With the front I was thinking I might go two inches so they're a lil tucked in the wheel well... I don't know, we'll see what I do when the money comes in... haha

Re: Got Vette Wheels??...Post pics here...!

Thanks guys. The wheels are 17x9.5 and 18x10.5. I'm running 2" spacers up front and a 4th gen rearend for the rears. I have not really been able to drive on them that much, but it appears as though I may need to bust out the BFH to give me a little more clearence for the rear tires.

Is it rubbing in the inner wells?? A lil 1\4" spacer might be an easier solution...

Dude, you need to hurry up and mount those! I have been holding off on buying them until I see them on a 3rd gen first.

Are those 19" in the rear or 18"?

Realy considering getting rid of my C6 comp gray wheels for 18" somethings all around. Need a fat drag radial in the back and no one makes a 19"
