Im itching to join this club with a set of these rims.
18 x 10.5" - 56mm rear - 70.3mm and 17 x 9.5" - 54mm fronts
I dont know what spacers I should use with them since my car is lowered or what would be a nice tire to go with aswell.
But I love the looks of these rims. Its a deeper chrome lip and gunmetal grey powder coated spokes.I was tired of seeing all the chrome lip and black wheel combo.
Should look great on my T/A

I'm also looking at those rims but was wondering with that offset and the spacers needed to mount them on our cars would they stick out past the fender lip a little, that's only thing stopping me.

Totally jealous of you C-Titan lol.. I have been eyeing those rims the day they came out and have yet to purchase my set.Did you buy yours from the vendor on ebay?
What spacers are you going to use? Im interested to hear if you run into issues with mounting them or tire rubbing because Im lowered 2 inches and I like having good size tire on a rim and be able to turn in a decent radius.
I think those are the perfect c6 rims that arent soo common.

Nice, exactly the ones i was looking for.
They come in 2 versions as far as backspacing is concerned, whats the backspacing on yours? I want as little backspacing as possible to get a deeper dish.
I also want my tires to extend about an inch past the fenders, im not a huge fan of the "tucked" look and im more a fan of the widebody/widetrack look.
I cant wait to see yours mounted.

8" of back-spacing
I didn't think they had 2 different versions...
Had my spacers machined today, should be mounted by dinner time...

Got emm mounted to day, god do they look sick... Having some issues though...
#1: The passenger side sticks out at least a half an inch further then the driver side...
#2: Worst rub I have ever heard!! It doesnt matter what you're doing; They just rub... I tried rolling the fenders with no luck, thinking of picking up some weight jacks... Any other suggestions??????

Yessir, 1 1/2... It was never noticable with my Ace's, either way, I ordered an Adj. PHB from Jegs and pondering some weight jacks... I came up with a temporary solution by using a set of rear springs off my CLS... Suprisingly they seated properly and the ride is great... Just have about 4 inches of fender gap in the rear, looks like im ready to launch HARD - haha... It'll be back to flush by next week...

Here's a few pics with the CLS rear springs, pics with the Eibachs are gonna take a while to photo-shop because they were taken at night and came out like crap... After my PHB comes in I think I may just keep the CLS springs and cut a coil to get my drop back... They ride amazingly well and feel ten times smoother (and oddly stiffer) then the Eibachs...
Pardon the filth:

I'm not a fan of how far the rear wheels stick out, bringing them in a half an inch should do the trick...

Re: Got Vette Wheels??...Post pics here...!
looks good how deep is the dish on the rears? the don't look as deep as I thought they were gonna be? that sucks all the problems you had, but either way looks killer...need more pics though lol. I think when I get mine Im gonna get all 18x9.5 all the way round or 17 instead of having them staggered.

Re: Got Vette Wheels??...Post pics here...!
I agree, I wish they did have the option for a wider lip... Dont get me wrong though, i'm absolutely in LOVE with these wheels... They look amazing in person and completely change the whole persona of the car... I wouldve had some better pics but my cam died after taking these few... When I do a re-shoot, i'll take some measurements of the front and rear lips for ya...

What spacers did you use C-Titan on the car? I want to get the same wheels and stay with 18x8.5 all around. My car is lowerd 2 inches with sportlines and Im hoping not to have much rubbing issues or the rears sticking out so far.Any advice?

Re: Got Vette Wheels??...Post pics here...!

love my vette wheels but not a big fan of the spacers. I am planning a 4th gen rear end to eliminate the rear spacers, but has anyone found any good ways to eliminate the front (for example, custom spindles or something). I know it would prob be cheaper to buy new wheels. Just curious. any thoughts?

It does look like it will actually tuck up nicely into the fenders with a .5" less spacer and some trimming or rolling of the fender.
How is the clearance on the backside of the wheel? Will bringing them in .5" cause any problems?

Looks very nice, although the rear doesnt have as much lip as I was expecting from other pictures ive seen of these wheels. They still look good anyways.

There is about 3\4's of an inch between the backside of the wheel and the inner fender plate... Even though i'm going to bring it in another .5", I dont think i'll have to do any cutting on the inner wells... I'm going to see where that sits and go from there with the rest; such as - how much drop and whether or not i'm going to have to do any cutting or rolling of the fender lips...

Very nice, the black wheels go great with that car imo. Not to get off topic but is that a 4'' goodmark steel cowl hood?

Hey Guys,
I have a 92 RS. Found a set of ZR1's that came off a 01 Camaro SS.
315/35 17 drag radials on the back and
255/40 17 Kuhmo's on the front. These should work with 2" adapters all the way around correct?
I appreciate it.

okay so with c6 wheels, run 2' spacers up front and 2.25' spacers in the rear?
is there anyother mods im gonna have to due to the rear..
i keep reading that if you do 2.25 you have to roll the fender lips??
what if i run 2.5' in the rear any mods then?
