Nice! What did you pay for them? They are going for Top Dollar...
they look like crap, the worst wheels for a 3rd gen, but i'll take them off your hands cheap

I think they are Ronal R-15 - 17 X 9.5. Supposidly never mounted. Have all the hardware too.
I paid market value for these. but I am glad to find a set and that too not used.
What tires should I get for them. Its gona be just a weekend car that I can enjoy with my daughter

I want to see them on the car!

Thanks guys.
These are the suggestion I got for tires
275/40/17 for front
315/35/17 for rear
But what is this thing about stretching 315 ? would any tire shop mount it or do i need to get a hookup. I know most shops in OPKC hate custom :| .
Another thing to conside is I got a LS1 10 bolt in my car now. This pushes out the axels by an 1" on eithr side.
These wheels have the correct bs for running a 9.5" wide rim in the back in a 3rd gen.
I havent seen it yet, but I heard that this combination even though will give me clearence to run 315 in the back they stick out too much and makes it look

Not sure where to go from here. This is on the back burner for now until I get the engine running and brakes done .
But I will try to put on one rim on the rear axle and take some pictures for everyone this weekend

As you can see, many people love the looks of them, but they just don't do anything for me. I can't believe you were able to get brand spank'n new wheels though. Did you get those shipped from Australia or Europe or something? I didn't think ROH sold to any US vendors anymore.
In my opinion... 17"x9.5" single line IROC wheels = perfect wheels. Then again, I also favor IROC's over TA's/GTA's.
None the less, good find!

i got the exact same deal
you know there is another consideration
the clearance of the connecting rod on the front
i hear it must be ground down to allow
space so you dont ruin those cool works of art
SLP Firehawks...way to go!
i am thinking BFG KDW NT'S

275/40/17 on all for corners

If you want "315"s, I'd go with Sumitomo tires. I specify that brand, because they run narrow. Closer to a 295-size. Other brand 315s will be almost 1" wider (ignore Tirerack's specs on the Sumitomos....they lie. i know, i have some right now).Originally Posted by screeminchicken

I put those Sumitomo 315s on my 11" Snypers & I know a guy that put the identical Sumitomo "315"s on his 9.5" wheels. His fit better & give a better foot print. My tire seats are very obviously not seated like they should be.

Even my narrow "315"s look good under my fenders....
