Pink lips are always nice.....

But since you don't want pink wheels, I'll leave them bare aluminum.

i think you should get rid of the y2k's altogether, i hate mine now too for the same reason, "another camaro w/ vette wheels... yawn.."

i like these, even though they are "c5 vette rims" they really aren't...

Those aren't ADR M-Sports... those are those Evo wheels that are kind of ugly.

The M-sports look a lot better:

Re: Sick of my wheels help me find new ones!

Are those Corvette brakes on your car? I really like the way those look and Ill bet they stop you on a dime...Is it just a straight bolt up or are there other mods that need to be done to make those work on a third gen?

I normally don't like black wheels, but the first pic with your current wheels painted black looks pretty good.

Really?

To me theres absolutely no comparison.

The M-Sport's lines are much more angular and muscular looking. It fits the thirdgen lines much better. Those EVOs are nothing but complicated compound curves and sweeps, just don't fit at all to me.

Re: Sick of my wheels help me find new ones!

Or you could go for some nice 18' Irocs...only bad thing is that they only come in 18x8's and only in chrome...although some places may sell them to you unfinished, and you would have to polish and paint them yourself...and then you can also have them widended like I did. Sometimes a stock looking wheel can be the best.

Re: Sick of my wheels help me find new ones!

I like the ADR's best but I don't think they suit your car. I like Mr Iroc-Z's comment but instead of painting them grey like he did do it gold to match your decals. It would look stock but still jump out because they are big and they will also still show those killer brakes you have.

I hate the gold on my car im going to take those off when car goes into paint!
the stripes are red/blk commbo wich are sitting in a box in my back room.

i do like the idea of the irocs but i do not like 18x8 . but not a bad idea

those are my favorites along with the stock iroc wheels look. not sure what the name of them is. i like polished ones best, but i'd have to say these are the best looking dark wheels to my taste.

the bear aluminum was way funny. nice photoshop work on the wheels

Those are the ADR M-Sports. They're probably "hyper black"... I LOVE hyper black...

Hyperblack varies in shade, but it's like a weird chrome color added to black paint from what I understand...

Get customized Ronals. They can do them in gun metal or black for you, I believe... and they are Ronals.

A nice example of one custom:

!!!

Bite your tongue, Mr.

Back to being serious,

The XXR's might be more your style:

XXR 962

These are still the same 5 spoke concept, but taken a different way.

This one's a little different, but you may find it fits your fancy as well:

XXR 02

As much as I like OEM parts and would LOVE to agree with this, dude's got some big ol' brakes. I had to buy 16" Volks to fit bigger rotors under because stock 15's won't cut it for my project.

Those XXR 962 rims look like Rota P-45F's, and the XXR 02 rims look kind of like Rota RB's... The XXR 02 most resembles the old school Watanabe rims, which belong on something old and Japanese. They're rims I'd rock on my old historic Integra, not quite on an IROC.

Although... I say get some Ronal Teddy Bear rims, get them done up to look like Pedobears! Just kidding. Keep the options coming.

I save the headaches and surprisingly get alot more compliments on a nicely polished chrome set of Iroc 16" originals .

But to each his own.

very few vettes even have the wagon wheels and they look nice. To me they are unusual enough that they are not just another camaro with vette wheels
