Stock IROC rims Widest tire?
What's the widest tire I can run on the stock rear IROC rims? I am not interested in aftermarket rims, if I am to do anything I will pay to have the IROC rims stretched. Still running the 10 bolt also, plan on switching to the 9" when it gets warmer out. Trying to keep it looking like a "wanna-be" racecar, with the big cowl hood and the stock rims.
Currently I am running Mickey Thompson Street ET Radials (255 50 16). They aren't doing any justice on the road with over 500 ft lbs of torque.

Well as long as I know I can fit a 295 then I'm set. Thanks very much.
That means I can fit a ET radial

Yeah. The tall (-sh) sidewall) is the only reason the 295 BFG will fit a 8" wheel, because of the flexibility/stretchability of the sidewall. The 8" wheel also meets BFGs minimum wheel width minimum recommended width.
