Cant find the size I am looking for??

Transmission: TH350 / Auto
Axle/Gears: 3.23 10-bolt / 4wd
Cant find the size I am looking for??
I have a set of 16x8" 85-87 IROC rims, trying to find a good meaty tire for the rear, but I cant really find anything.
What I was looking to get (Mind you, I have minimal knowledge of tires):
275/50/16 - The only tire in this size that I could find was a drag radial, and I need some tires for street driving, etc.. Searching Tire rack the only "275/xx/16 they have are 275/70/16 (truck tires)
I want to go big on the rear, without rolling my fender lips, or anything like that, I am going with a smaller (width) tire for the front, so there are no rubbing issues.
Ive searched quite a bit with no definitive answer.
