Why no 18" AR IROCs in 9" or 10" widths?

We know they can fit (maybe the 10s wouldn't fit on the front but they would on the rear), so why are we limited to 8" widths on the 18s?

Also why has nobody made a polished aluminum version yet?

Polished 18x9s all around would be better than chrome 18x8s IMO.

I've long wished for 18x9, with a +13 mm offset, that are neither polished nor chromed.

get the rears widened, i'm not exactly sure how an 18x10 with 295's would look but i don't see an aggressive style in the irocs to look right with such a wide tire, maybe 18x9 with 275's all around would look great.

Yeah it just seems weird that AR isn't making them in 18x9 sizes...no idea why, and kind of a disappointment.

If you got them widened to 9" all around (effectively adding an inch of backspacing), would they fit with 275s all around?

Would you still be able to turn the wheel to full lock with that without any rubbing, and with the car lowered on sportlines?

Personally I'm not sure. Some people have experienced minor rubbing but can still fully turn while others have had no issues.

I believe up to a 5.5" backspace there are no issues.

That's what I've heard. With widening, that would put it right smack at 5.5", which may be a little close for comfort. I refuse to make any permanent modifications to the car just to make a tire or wheel fit.

In any regards, I contacted that company you gave me, their work looks great, I just got an email back about widening those IROCs by 1 inch...$220 per wheel

The wheels are only $200 each.

Guess I'll, uh, stick with 18x8s and a 245 if I go with the IROCs.

5.5" in the back would fit fine then you can at least throw on some thicker rubber.
