Will these C5 Z06 wheels fit?

Car: 1991 Z28
Engine: 5.7 TPI
Transmission: 700R4
Will these C5 Z06 wheels fit?
I have been offered some C5 Z06 wheels, but I am concerned about whether the 17x8.5 fronts will hit the tie rod and if the 18x10.5 will fit in the back. I am assuming 2" spacers in the back and 2.5" in the front will be needed... Anyone have experience with these sizes?
Also, if you have suggestions for the best tires, I would much appreciate that too!
