I have always read they where good, but i have to disagree. I ordered my tires last weekend and they where scheduled to arrive tuesday. when they showed up there where only 3. So I refused them having paid for 4 and invoiced shipping for 4. BTW they where 245 60 15 bfg's I called customer service and the rep asked me to sign for three of them ......mfw you ask me to take a partial delivery . said that they would reship. I track it and wont be here untill monday. WTF?

 

Mistakes happen, nobody's perfect. Seems like they were more than willing to make it right. If they told you, we shipped 4, sorry about it, then i'd say it's a bust.

 

i understand what you're saying, but the fact they shipped three out and just expected me to deal with it without notification was kind of B.S.

 

Well, I'd be a little uPset too....but they said they'd send the 4th one correct? If the 3 you got were good....why not sign for the 3??

it just saves additional hassle and shipping charges....

I went through Discount Tires Direct, and it was a positive experience all around.

If he was invoiced for four and got only 3,I would never sign that invoice.

 

Of course you don't sign the shipping papers saying you received all four.....but you can sign stating that you recieved 3 of 4 only.

If the shipping company refused to do that, then no...I wouldn't sign either.

 

I do not like Tire Rack much at all. I know a few people that wanted to order tires that were not the OEM size for their cars and TR would gave them a very hard time about it and one was even refused. I got wheels back in 2007 from Discount Tire.com and they were awesome to deal with.

 

Interesting. I also use discount tire direct and no issues. Summit racing is good too, for all your drag radial needs
