Thats not going to fit without serious mini tub work. I run 19x10 wheels with 4th gen spec rear, and 305/35/19's and they barely fit. Had to hammer the wells alot. They are about even with fender lip. 345's are massive

Like Orr said..that minitub category if you want to tuck them. I run 335's on an 18 and had to put in tubs.

have you considered the cost of 345/30/19 tires. they aren't cheap

I went down that road too the cost was not worth it and you will get better traction with a 18 or 17 inch rim because the sidewall wont be as stiff
