Lowered 4th Gen Rear Convertible Wheel Fitment Questions

On a 1991 Camaro, lowered with Summit springs, 4th gen LS1 rear, what size 18's or 19's would work on this car? I'd like to run at least 18" in the front and a 19x9.5 or even a 20"x9.5" in the rear.

I read that the 4th gen rear spacing is a little different than factory spacing on this car.

18x9 with a 0 offset would fit for sure you could prob go even wider since the 4 gen rear is 2+ inches wider, i would say 18x10s no problem would fit. you are going to rub allllllll day long though, the fender is gonna come down right on the tire. you can get 4th gen offsets +56mm and would clear fun but then your wouldnt have any lip. i wouldnt go larger than 18s but your gonna rub so i guess why not go 19s or 20s lol

Little confused about your statement. So your saying it will "fit" but wil rub? I'm looking for a wheel & tire that won't rub when I go over bumps and such.

in order to get them to fit without rubbing you need to get 4th gen offsets in the rear and 3rd gen in the front, or 4th gen all around with spacers in the front.

this is my friends car, he rubs but the car is functional. now a days rubbing seems to be normal
