Re: what backspacing
I like 235/60r15s on the front 7in wheel I have with 3.75bs. 255/60r15 on the rear on a 8in wheel with a 3.75bs.
The 235/60r15 is 26 in Diameter
The 245/60r15 is 26.6in Diameter
The 255/60r15 is 27in Diameter
The 275/60r15 is 28 in Diameter
I guess it depends on how much rake you want. Either a 235 or 245 will fit a 7in wheel.
I run the combo at the top giving me a 1in lift in the rear.
A ton of 235/60r15 photos in here with 3.75bs front and back.

Re: what backspacing
No, that would be too tall with a 215. You'd run a 215/65R15's (on a 15x7). I run those up front with 275's in the back(on a 15x8). love the way it looks.
