Forcing fitment
Hey all,
A buddy of mine has some AZA Z01 rims that he took off his '06 Goat, and thought it'd be cool if I put them on my 92 bird. The offset works and the bolt pattern is the same, however, the giant wheel hub on these cars makes it so that the fronts don't fit. Would a spacer fix that? Or would I need to invest in some machine work?

Re: Forcing fitment
You will need a bolt on adapter to properly fit the wheel, the offset will be 1.25 to 2" more than what these cars need. That will fix the problem
If you are positive the only issue is the center bore, the wheel could be machined to 70.3mm and fit properly and be hubcentric. Just make sure the center hub design will support the loss of material

GTO's use 5x120 from what I understand. So a different bolt pattern.

If wobblers weren't safe they'd be illegal by now. They sure aren't cheap.

Re: Forcing fitment
But I was more specifically referring to just using regular nuts.
Are there correct, usable wobble nuts available for our application these days?
