fitting 18x9 wheels up front with no spacer???
Looking at possibly buying new shoes for a new car soon and would like 18" wheels on it. Last few cars I had were all outfitted with 4th gen wheels running 2" spacers. I dont want to do that anymore. Im looking to either go with a 17x8 and 17x9.5 or for a few more dollars step up to 18s. Possible 18x10 in the rear with a 5.7" backspacing and 18x9 up front. I DO NOT want a deeper lip up front like the GTA wheels. With that being said, am I safe with a 18x9 wheel with a 4.6" backspacing? Not sure on tire selection at the moment. Im trying to stick with the stock tire height of 25.7"

9" wide with 4.6" backspace is getting pretty far under the fender lip. I would tuck it in a bit more with 5" backspace. Just depends what look you're going for. The lip is a function of wheel style, not so much the offset.
