will these torq thrust II wheels and bs work?

i'm about ready to order my wheels from jegs, just want to make 100% sure this combo will work. Ive read old threads and stickys til i'm dizzy.....feel like I need a few "sure it will do just fines' from the third gen gods on here with badass Camaro's

my car is a 92 RS, bone stock, not lowered, f41 suspension (If that matters)

the wheels are 17 x 9.5 in rear with 5.5 bs
17 x 8 in front with 4 7/8" bs

tires i'll prob go with 245/45 17's in front
275/40 17's in rear

thanks guys

I thought 17X9.5 with 5.5 bs fit all the way around? No idea about the 17X8.

Well I've read some posts that say they will and a few that say they won't... A few have said 5.25 bs on front so thought I'd ask

Sorry, I forgot to update this thread. I ended up ordering first two of the 17×9.5 inch wheels, and tried to see if they would fit on the front and the rear. They fit on the rear fine with no problems. However the 9.5 inch wheels hit on the outer tire rod on the front. I could have used a quarter inch spacer and went with 9.5 inch wheels upfront, but I didn't chance it, so I went with the 17×8's in the front. I'm glad you reminded me about this thread, I totally forgot, thanks.

you should post a pic of it, those cars are pretty rare. Are you thinking about putting on some torq thrust II's?

Hey bigarmzz, I'm in the Elkins area. Are you interested in selling those stock wheels? My car is over in Pickens and I need something for it.

The 8in. in front and the 9.5in. rear is exactly what you want with "that" wheel.
It gives the car a "traditional" Staggered look with the deeper dish in the rear.

A slightly wider tire in the rear is also "Traditional" with that setup.

By the way that is a beautiful car you have there, and the wheels in that configuration give it a nice aggressive look.
Well done.

Hey I have a 82 z28 I really love the look of this setup so it’s 17x8 front and 17x9.5 rear? Also how does the 275 fit in the rear I was thinking maybe a 255 or something does it rub at all? I just have 215 all around currently
