ZR1 wheels

Will the 17x11 rear ZR1 wheels work with the stock rear disc brakes on a 1992 camaro or will there need to be modifications? I was sizing them for spacers the other day and it looked like it was gonna be very close to the E-brake cables on the calipers on the passenger side. I swapped the trans to a T-56 in this car so the E-brakes need to be functional.

Re: ZR1 wheels

I think people cut off the bump stop brackets and pound the inner fender to make it fit. Not sure about emergency brakes.

I think the general concencus at LS1tech.com is that 275/40-17 will hook better with the taller sidewall. And of course it fits nicely without hacking things up.
