IAC counts should be at what during idle?

I'm trying to get my idle setup before I start driving the car and tuning. What should I be aiming for on the IAC counts at idle.
Right now I showing 50-55 at idle in both open, and closed loop.
Idle is around 825-875RPM

Thats not bad, it all depends on engine temp, if those counts are when your engine is normal temp, then there alright. That count leaves room to decrease if needed (such as really hot day and motor, then less IAC will be needed at idle) vise versa if motor is cold and the air is cold then you still have enuf counts availible to keep your motor running. My counts at normal temp are 20 -30. Read the tech article on how to adjust your IAC, this may help.

I shoot for 0.
I want the ecm having as little control over the engine as possible. With the IAC at 0 that about guarantees the engine won't stall, or surge. granted there are lots of chip parameters that effect this, but stalls are a PITA

My counts liked to wind them selves up, this is a downside of having a little power, but I just set my max IAC count to 60, this eliminated the 1600rpm idle.
